Private Process Server Same Day Service - First attempt made on same day order is received. We will complete up to 4 attempts within 3 days.
Skip Trace

We maintain subscriptions to multiple databases, enabling us to carry out skip tracing within the limits prescribed by Texas State Law.

Address Change

If the address initially provided to the private process server turns out to be a bad address, we will charge an additional $85 if the new address is in a different city. However, if the new address is in the same city, we will not charge an additional fee. If the address is wrong and a 3rd address is attempted, regardless of the city, it will be a new fee of $85.00.
If the subject to be served by a process server resides in an area outside of the D/FW metro or is located in a secluded area, there is a price increase between $50 - $75.
